They have short ears which are shaped like triangles, and their heads are shaped like wedges. The Greenland dog has jaws which are very strong, and their tails are bushy and large. The legs are well covered with fur, and the toes will have large amounts of fur as well. The exact age of this breed isn’t known, but it is believed that it has existed for thousands of years. These dogs have been used by the Inuit, and they are extremely rare. They have an appearance which resembles a wolf, and it is likely that the Inuit or other natives bred them with wolves. As their name implies, these dogs originate from Greenland, and are usually owned by people who have either been to the region or have friends or family who live there. It needs a large amount of space to move around in, and it also needs extensive amounts of exercise. These dogs have large amounts of energy. Special Grooming NeedsThese dogs have coats which are easy to care for. Owners will simply want to brush them whenever it is needed.
